Kathryn Dixon Crowley Hayward died unexpectedly in October of 2004 in Midlothian, Virginia. She was previously married to Tom Crowley. She later married Lonnie Hayward and they resided in Orem until moving to Virginia in 1989. She was survived by 2 children from her first marriage, a daughter who lives in Richmond, Virginia, a son who lives in Germany and 5 grandchildren. A funeral was held in Provo and burial was at East Lawn Cemetery.
