To Army basic training @ Ft.Ord, Calif. in 1960. Served an LDS mission in Eastern Atlantic States,1961-1963. Married Donna in Salt Lake Temple on 22 Nov.1963. The world mourned the day we got married = the day Pres. Kennedy was shot!! Graduated from BYU in Accounting in 1967, accepted a job @ Hill AFB & moved to So. Bountiful. In 1972, we had a home built in Centerville & we still live here --- We love the area = great neighbors & friends. Over the years, we have been to Mexico, Carribbean, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Tahiti, England, Hawaii, Europe, U.S. (Church history tours), etc.(fun).

We really enjoy our 4 sons & their families. About the only travelling we do now is to Minneapolis & Phoenix to see our grandkids. We worked in the Bountiful Temple for 4 yrs., 1995-1999. I Retired from Hill Air Force Base in 2005 --- Worked there for 38 years in Accounting & Funds Management. My wife & I served a Sr. LDS Mission in Japan from Aug. 2006 to Jan. 2008 (office couple). We hope our health stays good so we can serve another mission. We have 15 wonderful grandkids = 4 girls & 11 boys.

I thought upon first read you were in Mn. Such a wonderful calling to work in a beautiful Temple.

Sheila Kendall (Fortner) I have 18 Grand Children and 2 Greats my youngest daughter is expecting her first, a daughter. Now jjust have to get her our of Brooklyn and into Az or Ut.
